2025 Auction Item Submission

SOLD!! This year we are making some changes to our auction process! We only have 1 hour for the bidding to take place, so we’re creating 2 parts to this year’s auction – a silent auction part and the loud live auction where you all can bid as loud as you want…maybe even use your Loud Cup to get our attention when you bid!

Because of our limited timeframe, we are asking that you complete the following information for each of your auction items (submit only 1 item per form please).

Please ensure your donation meets the following criteria:
1) Has a minimum value of $100
2) Has a broad appeal for bidding
3) items can arrive or be delivered to the Foundation tent BEFORE NOON on Thursday, Oct 16th.
